What is a Montessori guide?

It is the person who represents the role of the guide in a classroom, i.e. what we might call a ā€˜teacherā€™ or ā€˜professorā€™ in a traditional infant or primary school classroom. This guiding role is focused on observation, so that the children are able to develop their full potential and abilities.
