2. Subscriptions and prices  All prices are in the currency quoted and are subject to change without notice. By subscribing, you agree to pay the corresponding amount according to the option chosen.
3. Payment and billing Payment for the subscription is made through the payment methods available on our platform. By providing your payment information, you ensure that you have the necessary authorization to use this method. All payments are processed securely and in accordance with applicable law.
4. Cancellation of the subscription The subscription does not have a minimum duration period. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. The cancellation is done in the “Account settings” section of our platform. Once cancelled, you will lose access to the courses and associated benefits.
5. Data protection IMI respects your right to privacy and complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data, including Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights, as well as the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data and with which directive 95/46 / EC was issued (“GDPR”) is repealed, as well as any other regulations it may develop or supplement in the future.

   IMI can modify the Privacy Policy to adapt it to the changes that may occur on the site or in relation to the processing of your personal data. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute or claim relating to our services will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.

EXPRESS SUBMISSION  – For any action or claim arising from the interpretation and / or fulfilment of this, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Figueres in Girona Spain, expressly waiving those of their jurisdiction and domicile if they are others.
