1.- PRIOR KNOWLEDGE. The student, before signing this enrolment, declares that they have received from the International Montessori Institute all of the information, advice and documentation on the course contracted including, by way of illustration but not limited to, prices, methods of payment, and course materials.
2.- VALIDITY OF THE ENROLMENT. The course Directors send the student confirmation of enrolment, which becomes valid when it is filed at the International Montessori Institute, duly completed and signed by the student.
3.- SUBMISSION OF COURSE MATERIAL. The course material will be submitted to the student within a maximum period of 15 days before the start of training.
4.- TRUTHFULNESS OF THE DATA PROVIDED. International Montessori Institute. trusts that the data provided by the student are true. However, if at any time the falseness of any of the data submitted is demonstrated, the International Montessori Institute, has the power to fully or partially cancel this enrolment. As a result, if the student had already paid an amount, it shall be the property of the International Montessori Institute, by way of a penalty clause, and the aforementioned Institute shall also have the power to demand the outstanding amount to be paid for enrolment, if appropriate.
5.- KNOWLEDGE OF THE REGULATIONS. By signing this enrolment sheet, the student declares that they know the academic regulations of the International Montessori Institute, which are submitted with this sheet, and accepts them as the regulations.
6.- RIGHTS IN THE COURSE. From the start of the course, the student has access to the different services provided by it.
7.- FULL ENROLMENT. The student registers for the full duration of the course.
8.- WITHDRAWAL FROM THE COURSE.- The student has 14 days from the signing of the course enrolment to exercise their right of withdrawal from the course contracted, in accordance with that stipulated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November. To exercise the right of withdrawal the student shall make a request in writing to the International Montessori Institute (by email to [email protected], by telephone to +34 972 548 924 or by letter to C/ Comerç 44, 17440 Vilafant, Girona).
9.- PAYMENT OF FEES. After the fourteen days stipulated in which to exercise the right of withdrawal have elapsed, from the date of payment of the first instalment, both the student and the account holder, if a different person, shall be jointly obliged to pay the total amount for the course contracted.
10.- FAILURE TO PAY. With the failure to pay an instalment the student is in default and the International Montessori Institute has the power to reclaim the full amount of the debt, both overdue and future outstanding debt. Likewise, when bank and/or management fees result from this failure to meet payment obligations, these costs shall be borne by the debtors. The International Montessori Institute reserves the right, if the payment is not made in the period stipulated, to report the details relating to the failure to pay to Asnef (Spanish National Association of Financial Establishments), an entity dedicated to registering breaches of obligations.
11.- GUARANTEE OF DATA CONFIDENTIALITY. For the purpose of providing information about the different services, the International Montessori Institute is authorised by the student and the account holder to use their personal data that appear in this document, directly or through transfer to subsidiary companies, investees or group companies, under the terms established in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data. The interested parties may demand, in the form and with the limits stipulated in the abovementioned legal regulations, the rights of access, correction and cancellation of the personal data appearing in the files of the International Montessori Institute by writing to the company, C/ Comerç, nº44, 17740 Vilafant, Girona.
12.- TRAINING LOCATION. The International Montessori Institute reserves the right to change the training location and shall notify its students thereof a minimum of 2 months before training begins.
